as we all know, film covering technology has experienced a history of about 20 years in China. It can make all kinds of color printing paper, after laminating, increase the strength, produce a sense of massiness and texture, catch up with the temperament of color printing paper, and use this to make all kinds of bags, packaging boxes, book covers, samples and other products. However, the usual lamination is in the form of adhesive lamination, such as the use of solvent based adhesive, water adhesive and hot melt adhesive (pre coated on the film and hot pressed), but the non adhesive lamination is different
first of all, it does not use conventional biaxially oriented polypropylene film (OPP), but uses high-pressure polyethylene to blow and shape PE film as the main material, because of its easy hot melt and plasticity. However, PE film is a material with weak van der Waals force on the surface, and the waxy additives make its surface present a state of weak interface layer. Therefore, in the hot-melt state at a lower temperature, its adhesion to paper is also small, so this makes this unmodified technology of little practical value. According to the memo, this situation will be greatly changed after we carry out special strong treatment on one side of the PE film. When we use non adhesive laminating machine to heat melt PE film on color printing paper, it is understood that its peel strength is significantly 4 Load at the speed of (250 ± 50) n/s until the failure of the specimen is improved. It can withstand rubbing without foaming, withstand the test of -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃ temperature, and withstand rolling, cutting, etc. If we put a layer of auxiliary material between the hot roll and PE film and work at the same time, the product and auxiliary material will come out of the machine together, and the product will be removed from the auxiliary material, and the finished product will be produced. Due to different auxiliary materials, the same PE film can be made into light film, matte film, laser film and other coating products. And from the visual effect, it is almost the same as the OPP film with glue
the effect of this technology is obvious:
first, because it does not use glue, the cost reduction is extremely significant. Especially matte film and laser film. Generally, the cost is reduced by dozens of percent or even higher. Second, its green security. Because the cost of PE membrane is the packaging material of food, and there is no glue, those harmful gases that are easy to volatilize and penetrate do not exist in the production process or the process of using the product. At the same time, after the test, in the 5% caustic soda solution at 80 ℃, the product will be gently stirred, and the membrane will separate from the paper. The membrane will float, and the paper will sink, which is easy to recover. Therefore, it is a product with a high degree of green. Third, because the adhesive layer of the adhesive coated film is 0.002 ~ 0.003mm after drying to the initial drying, it will appear that the film is not compacted when encountering the powder on the printing paper, resulting in the appearance of uncompacted fine snow. But the film without glue will not. Because the film used in this technology is 0.017 ~ 0.02mm thick, it will become glue of this thickness in the hot-melt state. Therefore, it can be easily made not snow with less than half of the pressure, so there is no need to wipe powder
in application, in fact, as early as 20 years ago, there was PE extrusion compounding of web paper (gravure printing) on the market, but the disadvantage of extrusion compounding was that it could not compound the paper of the sheet and could not make sub film and laser film. The compounding strength was high and the heat resistance was excellent - it could withstand the high temperature of 800~1000 ℃. Therefore, this technology is only a technological innovation of the existing PE coating on the market. Although it is an innovation, it inherits and continues the film covering market
